Returns and Refunds

1What if my product shows up damaged?
Email cs@omegamino.net with your order number, a clear picture of the damage, and a description. We will arrange reshipment of the damaged product.
2What if I accidentally ship to the wrong address?
We can only reship your package if it is returned to sender in this case. We recommend contacting your local post office to reroute the package or set up forwarding on the address you sent it to through usps.com
3What if my package is missing products or contains the wrong items?
Contact us, and we will promptly reship the correct items free of charge.
4Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve any issues with your order promptly.
5Do you issue refunds?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. Provide the following info when asking about a refind: -Order number -Issue with order (including pictures)

Why are OmegAminos labeled "Not For Human Consumption"?

OmegAmino products are strictly for Research Use Only (RSO) and are available exclusively to qualified researchers in controlled laboratories. These products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or veterinary use, including but not limited to clinical trials, therapeutic applications, or any form of consumption.  
OmegAmino operates in compliance with regulatory standards, including Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), ensuring that all products are restricted to professional research applications.
